 Fees and payment information

I aim to be transparent, inclusive and flexible with my pricing, ensuring that quality support is within reach.

Service Cost
Integrated Counselling £40-£55 a sliding scale is offered

Integrated Counselling sessions

Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of £40–£55 per 50-minute session. As part of my values, I aim to make counselling as accessible as possible and recognise that financial circumstances vary for different people.

If cost feels like a concern or barrier, you’re very welcome to get in touch and we can gently explore what might feel manageable and supportive for you.

Somatic & Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

As I am currently in advanced specialist training, I currently am able to offer this work at a lower-cost sliding scale of £40-£55 per 50 minute  session. This allows me to continue developing my practice while keeping this work accessible, inclusive, and aligned with my community values.

Supported Ways to Pay for Counselling

I believe that accessing therapy should feel as straightforward and accessible as possible.

I welcome clients who have funding through the Government's Access to Work scheme. If you've been awarded funding to support your mental health or wellbeing at work, we can explore whether counselling with me can form part of your support package.

I'm always happy to answer questions and help you find the option that feels right for you.

Some of my clients also receive Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and choose to use part of this benefit towards counselling. While PIP doesn't directly fund therapy, it can help people access the support that feels right for them.

If you're insured with WPA and your policy includes counselling or talking therapies, you may be able to use your health insurance to cover the cost of your sessions.

I'm a registered WPA Counsellor, so if you're eligible, I can work with you and WPA to make the process as straightforward as possible.

I also work with clients who have had their own company and organisations support the costs of sessions
