At Community Counselling & Wellbeing, I believe in making support accessible. This section provides all the details on my session fees, payment options, and how to easily book a space for yourself.

I aim to be transparent and flexible with our pricing, ensuring that quality support is within reach.

Counselling sessions are offered on a sliding scale of £40–£60 per 50-minute session. As part of my values, I aim to make counselling as accessible as possible and recognise that financial circumstances vary for different people.
I also hold a small number of “pay what you can” bursary spaces for those who may otherwise face barriers to accessing support. If cost feels like a concern, you’re very welcome to get in touch and we can gently explore what might feel manageable and supportive for you.
Costs for wellbeing workshops, groups, and retreats may vary depending on the type and length of the offering, with details shared for each event individually.

Payments are made upfront before each session in order to confirm your appointment. I currently accept bank transfer payments, and full payment details will be shared when booking.
For workshops, groups, or retreats, payment information and booking details will be provided individually for each offering.

I currently offer online counselling sessions across the UK, as well as face-to-face sessions in Bristol. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, or arranged for a shorter block of support depending on your needs.
You don’t need to prepare anything before getting in touch, many people may feel nervous when reaching out for support for the first time, and that’s completely okay. We can simply begin with a gentle conversation about what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit.
Cancellation and rearrangement policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. This helps me offer the space to someone else who may be waiting for support.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are usually charged at the full session fee unless there are exceptional circumstances.
I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and I always aim to approach these situations with understanding and compassion.
